Packaging is inconvenient

I love your brand and have been a supporter for years. However since you’ve switched to the boxes instead of bags, it’s been less convenient to open and close. The box fit is so tight and the flaps don’t go in place easily. It’s inconvenient especially that i have to use it when i’m at my weakest. It’s very sleek and pretty, i just hope the packaging could accommodate that weakness we get when we menstruate. The pad itself is great and doesn’t leak.
