We may also cancel or refuse acceptance of your order if we identify any limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or technical glitches identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Closing Your Account

We will be sorry to see you go, but you can close your account at any time. If you no longer wish to purchase our PECTIV products, please send us an email requesting the closure of your account with the subject line "Request to Close My Account." Our technical team will be in touch with you to explain the modalities and implications of closing your account.

Subscription: Get More with Our Monthly Subscription

Enjoy PECTIV's feminine hygiene products with the convenience of our monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your credit card, debit card, or preferred local payment method at the end of each month in advance for the next month. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Payment Terms and Order Cancellation

Prices of our PECTIV products are subject to change at any time. Our website displays prices exclusive of any applicable local taxes (such as SST if applicable) and shipping costs. As soon as you place an order, your payment method will be charged.

Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations of orders once payment is made. Credit card fraud, payment theft, and fraudulent purchases of PECTIV products are strictly prohibited and will be dealt with under the applicable laws of Malaysia. If your billing and shipping addresses are different, please fill out both addresses clearly at the checkout page.

Attaining Capacity to Use Our Services

Girls of menstrual age and women can enjoy PECTIV products. However, minors within the age range of 0–12 cannot purchase our products independently. Teens aged 13–17 can purchase PECTIV products only under the supervision and consent of their parents or guardians. You must provide your full name, card/payment information, and email address to use our services. If we discover that you are below the acceptable age, we will immediately discontinue your use of our services.
