All Sales are Final: Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of PECTIV products, orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Billing Errors: In the event that your credit or debit card is overcharged or charged in error, we will promptly refund the excess amount to your original payment method.
2. Return & Exchange Policy

Hygiene First: To protect the health and safety of all our customers, PECTIV products once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged, even if the packaging appears unopened.

Defective or Damaged Items: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
