  • Orders: We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Requests for resale must be submitted in writing to hello@pectiv.asia and require prior written consent from ENN Sense Resources SDN BHD.

  • You authorize ENN Sense Resources SDN BHD to charge your selected payment method at the start of each billing cycle in advance.

  • Flexibility: You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account dashboard before the next billing date.

6. Payment, Pricing, and Cancellations

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change. Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as SST in Malaysia) and shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.

  • Final Sale: Once a payment is processed, orders are considered final. Due to the hygiene nature of our products, we generally do not accept cancellations once an order is in fulfillment.

  • Fraud Prevention: Fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities in Malaysia and Singapore.
